No warranty of any kind would be available on any products that are provided as part of promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers, clearance stock, or noted as free or super low price.
Robotic vacuums and normal vacuums return policy for warrantied models only
- Return for replacement within: 7 days (The product box must be undamaged, and the product should be in new condition)
- Return for refund within: 3 days (The product box must be undamaged, and the product should be in new condition)
- Warranty: As mentioned in the item description.
Note: For robotic vacuums and regular vacuums sold with a warranty, the warranty period will be clearly stated on the invoice. If the invoice does not mention a warranty, it means the product is sold without a warranty.
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, warranty and replacement.

- Any physical damage
- Warranty period not indicated in invoice.

This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for NON-Warrantied products. Items covered by this policy cannot be returned.
“Toptech” Warranty Policy
Items shipped from Toptech.om, can be returned within 7* days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. It can take up to 2-4 working days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 4-5 business days for the refund to be processed and 14-21 business days for the replacement. The products sold in deals/promotions/super low prices can’t be refunded but replaced with the same in case of any physical damage or manufacturing defects.
*Electronic items such as Vacuums, projectors, other categories, etc. can only be returned within 3 days (The product box must be undamaged, and the product should be in new condition).
Vacuums and personal care electronic items such as treadmills, shaving sets, etc. will only be returned if there are any manufacturing defects or physical damages. Claims are to be made within 24 hours.
Warranty
TopTech is responsible for products that do not have an authorized agent in Oman. If an authorized agent exists for the product, it must be sent to them, as TopTech bears no responsibility in such cases and is considered only a seller, not responsible for warranty coverage.
The warranty does not cover software modifications to the product and applies only to defects in materials, design, and/or manufacturing. Warranty obligations are limited to repairing the defective product or refunding its value, as determined at the seller’s discretion. All electronic items covered by the warranty can only be sent after being unsealed.
Repair or replacement under warranty terms does not grant the right to extend or renew the warranty period. Warranty terms align with those set by the device manufacturer. If the product cannot be repaired and remains under the manufacturer’s warranty, a replacement will be provided, or, if a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Not all products are covered by the warranty, so always check the product details to confirm whether warranty benefits are included.
About Refunds
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and how the item was purchased.
